     Erania has been an agent in the Real Estate industry since 2006.  As an entrepreneur at heart and business partner to her husband, she has managed to succeed at running a family business, and fulfilling her passion for real estate as a Realtor in the Houston area.  Although she is a native of New Orleans, LA and a graduate of The University of New Orleans, she has lived in the greater Houston area for the past 19 years.  Over the years she has managed to continue her education by earning her Texas Real Estate License and continuously taking classes to stay abreast of the changes and progression in the real estate industry.  Erania’s business savvy and genuine interest in the home buying process catapults her above the rest when it comes to providing real estate services to her clients.  She understands the home buying process and the importance of all the little details. 

Erania joined the George E. Johnson Development Inc team in 2011 as a full time agent specializing in foreclosure properties, first time home buyers, residential leases, and the resale and new construction  of Houston area homes.   Her knowledge and desire to assist her clients achieve the “American Dream” of owning a home or invest in a property, is what has made her successful. She cares about her clients and their needs, as well as the integrity of the business.

Erania is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and the Houston Real Estate Association.  She is also a member of the Houston Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. and an active member of her church, Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church.  She is the mother of two children, Chaney and Tanner, and the wife of Artist, Ted Ellis.  She and her family reside in the Houston area.
