Certified in the following designations Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and ,  Accredited Buyers Representative – ABR. Which covers how to work with buyers at all incomes.

My Completion as a Certified   Home Marketing   Specialist, equipped me to work with sellers focusing on pricing and staging their homes for sell achieving the highest return and less time on market.  I also wanted to be able to work with clients facing the threat of foreclosure which lead me to study the short sale market.  Graduate Realtor Institute -   GRI is like having a  masters  in Real Estate.

My clients chose me because  of  my customer Service and  knowledge of Real Estate.   Married for 25 amazing years proud  mother of two  wonderful young adults, plus Chairperson for Windsor Village United Methodist Church Scholarship Committee balances out my life.
